Availability:

I only take commissions with total creative freedom within a theme of your choice (dark modern, industrial, tinyhouse, etc). I will work on one floor and cut off a ton of space to allow for more detail so if you don't like that then I'm not the designer for you. I also don't take commissions with a set time frame. I'll usually get done in a month or two but that's not a deadline, just an average.

The Prices:

Small: 15 mil
Medium: 30 mil
Large: 45 mil

Prices are for my time only. You will need to provide around 5 - 15 million gil for furnishing items depending on build size. This can vary per DC as the market changes. I do shop around worlds for the best deal when possible. If I need several of the same item or a really expensive item I'll check to see if you can craft them instead. I keep an itemized list of purchases to be given to you at the end of the build along with any remaining gil. I require half of the agreed upon payment before I start building and the rest after completion.

Some Other Stuff:

I've personally only had great clients and have made many friendships from designing, but I have a lot of designer friends and have heard their commission horror stories. So to avoid discomfort on my part - if I'm getting weird vibes I won't take the commission. If you hit on me (saying my character is hot is fine, but no IRL flirting), be bossy and entitled, be verbally abusive, etc - I will not continue the commission. I'll give you your furniture back and keep the down payment.
If for any reason something comes up for me IRL and I am unable to complete a build you will receive your furniture and whatever furnishing budget was left as well as a FULL refund of my fee.
